Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Khloe and Kate Children’s Boutique. If you are not completely
happy with items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery
(subject to the conditions below) for Store Credit. Please note your returns must be delivered
to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless
agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items- see below).
Store Credit will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
ALL gift returns receive store credit.
Exchange Policy
To avoid disappointment ,we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange. Request a refund for your return, the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return.
Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)

Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
We offer return labels if you wish to receive one. We will deduct return label fee according to the volume of your return shipment. As soon as our Return Team process the items returned, we will issue the refund.

Conditions For Return
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on soft clean surface.

Shipping Fee is $7.95 for Standard USPS Shipping. We offer free shipping on apparel and gift
orders over $100.00.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Shipping may be slower due to Covid 19. Please allow an extra two- days for orders place 12pm CST. Or on weekends.
